Caitlin is a high energy, active and talkative 23-month-old toddler who likes getting her hands into everything around her – playground dirt, colorful markers, and whatever food that’s been set in front of her that day. “She’s a definite food thrower,” said Peter about his daughter. “Pasta, hotdogs, you name it.
